Our 5-night stay was amazing. The room is really comfortable with a lot of details that made our stay one of the best we've ever had. The staff is very efficient and kind. They solved our needs very quickly. The breakfast was very tasty and with a wide variety of choices including an "a la carte" menu. Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai was a memorable experience.

Perfect location on the Bund, and a wonderful view on the New City

The Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai exceeded my expectations in every way. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the Pudong side with all the main buildings. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, thanks to the excellent housekeeping. The breakfast at the 1st floor open dining area was simply superb, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The hotel's location was also very convenient, within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience in Shanghai.

Attentive and cheerful staff at concierge and entrance. Manager offered free takeaway coffee and chat. Early check-in with no extra charge, breakfast included. Huge luxurious room with marble palace bathroom. Great location for the Bund and city exploring.

the stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. the staff made me feel special and the room was gorgeous. the location was excellent and i enjoyed the live music at the bar. overall, a great experience. i will definitely visit again during my next trip to shanghai.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the glittering lights of Pudong mesmerizing us at night. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the Bund and other nearby attractions. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant, savoring the tasty flavors of the dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Shanghai.

It was close to "Lost Heaven" restaurant, which we dined at twice and it was delicious. We also enjoyed some gelato for dessert at DeMeduci, which was right beside the restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located near the Old Town and it was easy to venture out for some sightseeing. Additionally, it was a short distance to the Pudong area.

One negative aspect was the spa. Some guests mentioned that the therapists were not well-trained and seemed more interested in selling additional services.

We had a truly memorable stay at the Beautiful Hotel on the Bund. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk across the road to the Bund. The staff, especially Leo and Kame at the concierge and Rico at the operator, were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a luxurious old-world charm. The hotel environment was calm and peaceful. Our expectations were exceeded and we would definitely recommend this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel offered great amenities such as early check-in and late check-out, which allowed us to maximize our time in the city. The location was also fantastic as it was within walking distance to a main shopping district and the pedestrian tunnel to another area. Additionally, the concierge was helpful in arranging a day trip to nearby water towns with a knowledgeable guide.

Some facilities were slightly old and in need of an update. The toiletries provided were not as luxurious as expected, and we found cleanliness issues with the hairdryer and TV remote controls.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right opposite the ferry stop to Pudong and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. This hotel is the epitome of luxury! The exclusive amenities including the Spa and Wellness center featuring a sauna and indoor swimming pool are absolutely stunning. We indulged in body wraps and massages, as well as the beauty treatment and makeup services which were exceptional. The restaurant served exquisite dinner and breakfast with special diet menus also available. Additionally, the location advantages are unbeatable, with several attractions within walking distance.

The only downside we experienced was a small misunderstanding with the room service staff, who didn't quite understand our requests. However, our room advantages were fantastic, with a beautiful view from our private facilities and access to a heated swimming pool.
